Réservations

Bookings can be made through our online form up to 24 hours in advance.
For same-day bookings, please call us directly at 418-452-3261

Payments

Lessons & Activities
Lessons must be paid in full at least 48 hours in advance. If payment is not received by then, the lesson will be automatically canceled.

Trail Rides
Payment is required at the time of booking.
If payment is not received 48 hours before the activity, your reservation will be considered canceled.

Late Arrivals

Lessons & Activities
Late arrivals are tolerated, but the activity will still end at the scheduled time.

Trail Rides
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure.
If you arrive late, the ride will take place without you and no refund will be issued.
If there is availability later that day, we will try to reschedule you — but we cannot guarantee a new time slot.

You must advise us in advance if you are absent.

Private Lessons / Activities with Diego the Miniature / Pedagogical Day Camps

Cancellation 48+ hours in advance: No fees.
Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance or no notice: Full amount will be charged.

Group Lessons (Session-based)

Cancellation 48+ hours in advance: We’ll do our best to fit you into another group, but make-up lessons are not guaranteed.
Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance or no notice: No make-up class possible.

Bad Weather

All activities are held indoors — rain or shine.
Thunderstorms (with lightning): Riding lessons will be replaced with theory classes.
Snowstorms: Activities will be canceled only if roads are closed to heavy vehicles and/or if schools are closed. You will be notified accordingly.

Trail Rides

Reservations may be changed or canceled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.

Weather Conditions

Rides take place rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for cold or wet weather.
Heavy rain, thunderstorms: You’ll be notified if the activity is canceled due to unsafe weather. You may choose to reschedule or request a refund.

Snowstorms: Activities will be canceled only if roads are closed to heavy vehicles and/or if schools are closed. You will be notified if this occurs.
