Our Boarding and Half-Boarding Services

Our Boarding and Half-Boarding Services

Horse boarding and half-boarding in Charlevoix

Because your horse deserves more than just shelter — it deserves a place where it is understood, well cared for and treated with the same attention you would give it yourself.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Whether it’s your first time or you’re hesitating between both options, we’re here to help you see through it clearly. Here’s a simple explanation of the difference between full boarding and half-boarding so you can make the choice that suits you and your horse best.

HALF-BOARDING

With half-boarding, you share a horse from the stable with another rider. You ride them, take care of them and build a real bond — without having to buy or cover all the expenses. It’s a great way to progress at your own pace, bond with a well-trained and steady horse, and enjoy flexible support.

FULL BOARDING

With full boarding, you own the horse. We handle all daily care: feeding, monitoring, turnout, stall or paddock maintenance, etc. You choose indoor or outdoor boarding based on your horse’s needs, and you get full access to our facilities. It’s the ideal option if you already own a horse and want to offer them a stable, safe and supportive living environment

You own a horse and want a reliable, safe and structured place that offers a high quality of life? Whether you’re a first-time or long-time owner, you’re welcome here.
Not for you if… You only want a space without structure or daily care. Here, we prioritize the horse’s well-being — not a “hands-off” approac

Half-boarding is perfect if you’re comfortable around horses: you need to be able to prepare them, handle them calmly, and ride safely without supervision. It’s ideal if you’re taking lessons or want a regular bond with a horse without owning one.
Not for you if… You’re a complete beginner without support, or if you’re just looking for the occasional ride with no commitment. We aim to build lasting, respectful relationships — not short-term rentals.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the visiting hours to see my horse?

You can visit, ride, or care for your horse every day between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

You can access your horse 2 to 4 times per week. However, it’s important to schedule your visits in advance to ensure the horse is available at your desired time.

Only owners and half-boarders are authorized to ride the horse. Any other person must be approved by the stable in advance. Additional fees may apply.

We will contact you as quickly as possible to inform you of the situation. If we are unable to reach you, we will contact the veterinarian to provide the necessary care promptly, following the financial and treatment guidelines you authorized in the boarding agreement.

You must respect the horse’s limits and well-being during your activities. The specific terms of use will be defined based on the horse assigned to you and your riding level.
