A true pillar of Écuries Entre Monts et Marées, Émilie Audet stands out for her well-rounded expertise and contagious passion for horse training and development. A certified trainer in both western and English riding, licensed by Equestrian Canada and an official evaluator for Cheval Québec, she combines high-level technical skills with a human, progressive, and horse-respectful approach.
Émilie is also an outdoor riding instructor, holds a degree in agricultural business management, and has completed university-level training in equine nutrition. Her impressive background includes over 10 years of competition in western performance and gymkhana (ERQ), as well as more than a decade of experience training Standardbred racehorses.
Her goal: to offer quality coaching based on proven methods, adapted to each horse, helping you reach your goals with confidence.
With solid training and international experience, Ella LeCharpentier brings valuable expertise to the team at Écuries Entre Monts et Marées. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Equine Business Management and a BTS in Animal Production, and she also trained with the prestigious French military riding section in Saumur.
Over the years, Ella has honed her skills alongside top-level riders, including Jean Flottes (coach of the Qatar Olympic team) and Nicolas Touzaint (French Olympic medalist).
She holds a Galop 7 — the highest level in recreational riding in France — and a Level 5 Trail Rider certification.
Her experience ranges from show jumping (1m to 1.10m) to Club Elite-level dressage, as well as breaking and training young horses with calm, precision, and passion.
Currently training to become a certified English riding instructor, Ella embodies the perfect balance of technique, sensitivity, and dedication to the horse.
Versatile, committed, and passionate, Catherine Cotzavekiaris brings a rich background in education, competitive sports, and horseback riding. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education (History and Geography) and a Certificate in Political Science, putting her strong teaching skills to work with riders of all levels.
Ranked Level 4 Rider in Western Riding and Level 5 Trail Rider, Catherine spent several years as a trail guide, sharing her knowledge with clarity and enthusiasm out in the field.
With over five years of experience in western performance competitions, she was named Rookie of the Year during her first season by the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean Performance Riding Association.
Her athletic journey is just as impressive: 3 years of school-level swimming, 5 years of regional-level karate, 4 years of competitive cheerleading (including 2 appearances at the national championships), and cheerleading coach since 2020.
Passionate, energetic, and deeply connected to animals, Océane brings several years of experience in group facilitation, equestrian training, and Gymkhana competition. She has been riding for nearly 15 years and has developed strong expertise in training and breaking horses, especially in western disciplines.
Guided from an early age by a deep bond with animals, she was quite literally born in a dog sled and grew up on horseback. Today, she continues to pursue both passions while showcasing her natural ease with people as a dog sled tour guide.
At just 17 years old, she combines maturity, know-how, and enthusiasm to introduce visitors to the fascinating world of horses and the stunning trails of Écuries Entre Monts et Marées.
Hello, my name is Rosemarie.
Horses have always been a part of my life. I was born into this world, and they hold a very special place in my heart. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to enjoy many enriching experiences, especially as a trail riding guide.
I also worked for three years at a riding center as a day camp instructor. I led children’s groups, taught lessons, and loved sharing my passion with the little ones. For me, passing on the love of horses comes naturally—and it’s always a true joy! I look forward to meeting you!
